The innovation is the latest addition to KnowBe4's AI-native content customization suite and builds on the company's strategic partnership with Synthesia.

Attackers are increasingly using generative AI to launch precise social engineering campaigns targeting specific roles, regions and industries, exploiting processes and workflows that fall outside conventional security training. Custom AI Video Builder is built to close that gap. Through the ModStore, customers can activate a prepaid Synthesia Starter License, a $250/year value at no added cost, to generate up to 120 minutes of narrated video annually using 120+ AI avatars across 160+ languages. The feature is natively integrated with the Content Creation Agent, letting admins layer studio-quality video onto text-based training. Together with the Deepfake Training Content Agent, the three capabilities form one AI-native content customization suite inside the ModStore. Finished videos publish directly into the ModStore's Uploaded Content library, eliminating the manual work of downloading and re-uploading files.
