Whereas existing point solutions operate outside an advisor’s core systems, CompoundAI is built directly into AdvisorHQ, drawing from the complete picture of each client’s financial life – including account data, holdings, meeting notes, call transcripts, and client communication history, maintained and updated in real time across AdvisorHQ. CompoundAI agents go beyond answering questions, utilizing each client’s complete record to solve complex requests, take action across AdvisorHQ, and prepare work for advisor approvals. For example, an advisor can ask CompoundAI to turn a routine client request into a ready-to-submit ticket in seconds.

CompoundAI also powers a redesigned Activity Monitor, which now separates actionable day-to-day tasks from ambient household signals and surfaces AI-generated reminders an advisor can execute on with one click. A new iOS app also gives clients a mobile-native way to manage their entire net worth, while capturing the household context that empowers their advisor.

Key 2026 Technology Updates

CompoundAI represents the AI capabilities embedded across AdvisorHQ, powering agents that streamline advisor workflows and the operating system where that work gets managed. Functionality that is live today and already in daily use across the firm includes:

• The General Assistant agent prepares advisors for client work and answers household questions across the full client relationship. It pulls a full summary of recent activity, open items, and prior conversations in seconds, reasons across a client’s full holdings and cost basis, and drafts follow-up emails and meeting agendas in the advisor’s voice, ready for their review.
• The Service Request agent handles the operational work advisors previously routed by hand, including ACH transfers, distributions, and account maintenance. For example, an advisor can ask it to handle a gift of appreciated stock to a client’s donor-advised fund and receive a structured service ticket, ready to review and submit.

Activity Monitor, since debuting last year, has been rebuilt to run on CompoundAI. What was once a single blended feed of tasks and household signals is now two distinct views, with AI-generated tasks an advisor can act on with one click. For example, when a client’s RSUs are approaching a vesting date or a large, unexplained cash deposit hits an account, Activity Monitor surfaces it automatically, with a suggested next step.

A new iOS app also gives clients a mobile-native way to connect and manage their accounts, keeping the household record current across devices.

Every response from CompoundAI is fully sourced, citing the transcripts, emails, and records it drew from, linking back to the client record, and clearly flagging what’s evidence-based versus AI-suggested.
