Edgecore Networks, a leading provider of network solutions for enterprises, data centers, and telecommunication service providers, announced the launch of MSP Integration API, a new capability in its ecCLOUD management platform that allows service providers to bring ecCLOUD data directly into the management portals they already operate.
MSPs, ISPs, and systems integrators typically run a central management dashboard covering all of the networks they operate. Until now, connecting a vendor's cloud management platform to that dashboard meant a custom integration project: scoping discussions, connector development, and a timeline measured in weeks. Edgecore MSP Integration API replaces that project with a standard capability available to every ecCLOUD customer.
The toolkit consists of two documents: a full OpenAPI specification for ecCLOUD, and an integration guide covering setup, authentication, and working examples. Both are written to be complete enough that an engineering team, or an AI coding tool, can go straight from documentation to a working integration in a single pass, with no guesswork along the way.
"Integration into a customer's existing systems should be a standard capability, not a professional services project," said Teng Tai Hsu, Vice President of Product at Edgecore Networks. "Our customers run their own dashboards, and adding Edgecore to their infrastructure should not mean adding another system for their team to watch. This toolkit reflects how engineering teams actually work today, including alongside AI tools, and we think that is where the industry is heading."
For service providers evaluating new network infrastructure, the capability addresses an operational question that often arises late in the buying process. With MSP Integration API, sites, devices, and network status from an Edgecore deployment appear inside the provider's existing management view, covering the full Edgecore stack: ecCLOUD cloud management, enterprise Wi-Fi access points, switching, gateways, and Wi-Fi HaLow for IoT connectivity.
MSP Integration API will be available in ecCLOUD in early August, included with existing accounts at no additional cost. Customers can find it on the API Keys page of their ecCLOUD console, where they can download the integration documentation and generate a dedicated MSP API key.
